



It's not really anymore of an action game than it adding more elaborate action sequences here and there, which by no means are placed in a way that constantly interrupts the gameplay. I don't understand people saying that DS3 is any different than DS1 or 2. I loved that about DS1 but I find that stuff more funny in a twisted way than scary. Usually your head just gets ripped off, body decapitated, maybe a necromorph throws up in your face, but you won't see them pick you up and dismember you piece-by-piece then crawl into your empty neck socket and lumber your corpse around the room.
